Unozawa-gumi Iron Works, Limited (hereinafter the Company) recognizes it a critical responsibility to appropriately protect the information that allows identifying a specific person (personal information) obtained from such items as name, gender, date of birth, address, phone number, E-mail address, and others that are solely collected to conduct smooth business operations, and will handle such information in accordance with the following policy to fulfill the responsibility.

The Company will collect the personal information necessary to conduct the business and will use such personal information for the following purposes.

In the event when the customer themselves wish to disclose their own information from the personal information owned by the Company,
such information will be answered for a reasonable period and range, provided that the requester is confirmed to be the real owner.

4. Correction, deletion, and others

Regarding the personal information owned by the Company, when any correction, addition, or deletion is requested on the customer’s own information, the Company shall, upon confirming that the requester is the real owner and the registered information is not factual, correct, add. or delete such information for the appropriate period and the range.

5. Stop of use and deletion

In the event that the customer themselves wish to stop the use or delete their own information from the personal information owned by the Company, the Company shall, upon confirming that the requester is the real owner, stop the use or delete the information for a reasonable period and range. In the event where a part of or the entirety of such information is stopped in its use or deleted, the Company regrettably may not be able to provide the services as desired by the customers, and please accept your understanding and cooperation (Please also note that the Company may not accept the request of stop of use or deletion for those pieces of information retained in accordance with the related laws.)
